@RexChapman My Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s many years ago. Once when I was kneeling in front of her changing her socks before bed- she stopped and looked right at me and said “you’re a good boy - you’ve always been a good boy”. 50 years old and it brought joyful tears to my eyes

@AmericanAir canceled our DFW -Reykjavik flt #232 due the “crew scheduling”. Plane was at gate, passengers ready. Why not get another crew- we will wait?? Now our dream vacation is a nightmare. Was on track for EP this year. Not anymore. Taking my business back to @SouthwestAir
