@Mysis123@EWErickson No, its a cave because of rising inflation, gas prices, political polls, etc...desperation to end the war or make it seem like the war is ending.
@BradleysFunFam@DrewDisneyDude@EpcotEnthusiast I appreciate your perspective and I don’t doubt your experiences. I just don’t share it. Perhaps they’ve upped their game over the years but our overall experience at Disney, its multiplicity of options for all ages has still been superior to Universal. Others share my view.
@AverageJoeAmer4@DavidAFrench The president wasn’t “calling out” the lying media. He was hysterical in that interview. His walking out was a display of weakness and panic. This is worrying for the country as he enters the lame duck period.
@BradleysFunFam@DrewDisneyDude@EpcotEnthusiast Well, that’s not been our experience at Universal. Perhaps you’ve caught them on good days. Also, maybe you got lucky on the shade issue too. That was one our biggest disappointments and I’ve read hundreds of other posts on the searing heat/shade issue.
@BradleysFunFam@DrewDisneyDude@EpcotEnthusiast Lack of shade…DHS’s initial mistake in Toy Story Land, layout of queue’s which forces people into way too many switchbacks, the spread-out layout which forces you to backtrack into the hub every time you want to go to a different land, high level of rude breakdowns.
@Savethedmagic I see it differently. Our family and many others enjoy Disney Springs. Of course we don’t like crowded periods there. We don’t like crowds at Magic Kingdom or Disneyland. But we don’t see it as a failure. There are many things there not found at normal malls.
@joshua_tucker@lukedsimmons Absolutely. I would simply express my appreciation for his feedback and not get drawn into a theological debate over secondary issues.
@Spokker@TangaroaJoel I’ll agree with you on that. It’s problematic to be futuristic and stay ahead of the curve. We were just so shocked at the dilapidated, crampt, and tired feel of DL’s Tomorrowland last May. The eyesore of unused buildings, unused people mover platforms, lack of kinetic energy.
@Spokker@TangaroaJoel Plus, the layout, “look”, and theming of MK’s is more enjoyable and immersive than the cramped, jumbled, and dated feel of Disneyland’s.
