Happy New Month, everyone.

Every month, I like to choose a theme

a single idea that guides how I think, work, and show up.

For July, my theme is STEWARDSHIP.

As I step into my new role as Community & DMO Strategy at @UtribeOne , I've been reflecting on what this next chapter requires of me.

More than anything, it calls for stewardship.

To me, stewardship is the practice of taking responsibility for something greater than yourself and leaving it better than you found it.

It's moving beyond simply executing tasks to building systems that create lasting value.

It's choosing clarity over chaos, consistency over intensity, and purpose over pressure.

It's understanding that leadership isn't measured by how much you do yourself, but by how many people you're able to empower, align, and help grow.

This month, I'm committing to building systems that outlive me, developing people alongside projects, documenting what we create, and leading with greater intention.

My reminder to myself is simple:

"I build what outlives me"

I'm excited for this new season, for the responsibility it brings, and for everything we're building together at @UtribeOne .
