Our @SouthwestAir flight delayed 6 hours until almost midnight, flying with toddler, arriving after 6:30 AM. SW isn’t offering any compensation or even meal vouchers, as flight keeps getting delayed more and more. Very disappointed by the new version of Southwest.

@rainnwilson The character wasn’t a Christian. He was a psychopath who admitted he was pretending to be a Christian. You could make a case about his followers, who at least thought of themselves as Christians, but this is a show where the hero has a backstory of killing innocent people.

Very disappointing @Apple customer service today: After being disconnected from one rep more than half an hour in, the 2nd rep just made things worse - repeatedly making promises he knew he couldn't make / knew were untrue; refusing to connect me with a supervisor; and... (1/2)

(1/4) Why does @Tesla employ such rude and incompetent solar advisors? Our project advisor repeatedly provided contradictory information, and when asked for clarification, explicitly refused to provide more detail, and then canceled our order!

(4/4) @Tesla please assign a competent advisor, able to see obvious contractions, willing to put in a little effort get answers, and willing to honestly answer simple questions.
