The Board is recognizing West Collierville Middle and Sycamore Elementary. These two schools have been designated as Tennessee STEM/STEAM Schools and each will receive $35,000 to promote STEM education.

Shelter in Place: There is a situation near campus (first responder call, gas leak, train derailment, lost animal, etc.) and to ensure the safety of everyone in the building, no one will be coming or going from the school. The day will continue as normal with no checking out.

Lockdown: The threat is active and inside or on the campus. Everyone in the building are in secured locations (closed classrooms with locked doors) and there is NO movement inside the building until lockdown is lifted.
