MONDAY MORNING FIRE ALARM UPDATE:
Our fire alarm went off at 7:54am. Students were evacuated, but it was a false alarm. Students returned to class at 812am.

We know Will Batley won the 200m race setting a Cdn record, but he also finished 2nd in the 100m, missing out on gold by .002 seconds!

Water rescue with the Police & Fire class today in the pouring rain!
Mr. Battye did recommend rain gear and umbrellas. Those in a dry suit stayed dry!
Our Police & Fire students have had a demanding couple of Fridays. Last week they did the CPAT firefighter fitness test (videos) and this week they did some firefighter training in Carp (photos).

Residents of the The Bradley Retirement Home enjoyed a performance by Mr. Edmond's Gr. 9-12 guitar class! ๐ถ๐ธ Performances included small ensembles playing Beatles hits, as well as a few full class pieces.
The sun is shining and 200+ students are outside being physically active. What more could you ask for - it's a beautiful day for the Tournament of Champions!
