OMG! I think @KitchenAid_UK must have the worst customer service - I’ve tried to call and the number cuts out, I’ve emailed twice and still no response. Three weeks I’ve been waiting.
@O2 What’s the point in sending you a DM? I tried and all I am get is a bot who is even less helpful than speaking to your staff in the call centre. Yet another day goes by and 02 still can’t unbar my phone having had it stolen on 5 days ago.
What a shambles @O2!! It took 10 minutes to buy a new phone from @Apple after it was stolen, yet 48hrs on and #02 still can’t unbar the number. Now saying it might take 3-5 days. The worst customer service.
