I thought living in a bilingual country meant that we could use either language in communications. It seems that what it really means is you HAVE to use both languages all the time. Guess it isn’t my country any more.

@BCFerries Had to press 0 3 times to get put on hold for an agent. Funny how the online service part works. 5:14 put on hold. 5:18 got to deal with a very nice agent who hopefully made the reservation for us. The agent was great, the online and phone system is ridiculous
@BCFerries Neither your online reservation system nor your phone reservation system is working. We can’t make a reservation to travel to medical tests next week. We live on the Island. This isn’t staffing issues, it is incompetence. How do we make a reservation?

#seatacairport my luggage flew Alaska, Victoria to Seattle. Then was supposed to fly Delta to Tampa. It is stuck in SeaTac main terminal for 2 days. How do I get it????
@AlaskaAir I waited 12 hours to hear something from you. You couldn’t manage any communication for 12 hours. Yet as soon as I book something else, you can reply in seconds. This is not customer service.
@AlaskaAir#alaskaair 12 hours, no new flight, #alaskaair says to book online. Online lets you get through to picking a seat only to find out there aren’t any seats on the flights they they are available. What a screwup.
