Never collaborate with anybody. No one knows anything and no one does anything. Anyone’s idea to work with you is for you to do all the work. They then fuck it up with their stupidity laziness and bad ideas. Anyone asking to work with you is a salesperson whose work is only to get the sale, i.e. getting you to sign on to bad obligations. No person besides you can create one atom of work product. No person besides you can edit, package, “QC” anything. The collaboration to share the work with them only creates work for you of following up with them to do the work they were supposed to do. They will do it late if at all, badly if at all. They will only create problems you’ll be accountable for. If there’s money they won’t pay you the money.
