Today saw the latest round of matches for WBA Dudley and WBA Baggies in the @WestMidlandsPFL Championship

Both teams recorded 3-0 wins against @StGeorgesKnight and @NFPFC respectively playing some great football and scoring some wonderful team goals ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Wow what a day it must have been for WBA Throstles yesterday who were invited to play at SGP to celebrate 10 years of the facility and showcase our beautiful game to Royalty 🤩 #PowerchairFootball

WBA Throstles are at @StGeorgesPark1 today to mark ten years of SGP being the home of football.

They will take on the England development team to mark the 10 year milestone.

With the opening weekend of The WFA season, including yesterdays game with Aspire, put on hold as football showed it’s respect to the Queen, we thought we’d take a look back at last seasons finale with the old enemy!

We’d like to thank everyone involved for their efforts this season, it’s been a really enjoyable competition post covid with a noticeable improvement in the quality of play from all teams!

Our PL Season reached it’s conclusion at the weekend after a slightly delayed round of fixtures due to Covid.

@WBA_PFC secured the title, picking up 4pts on the day, and rounding off with a game of the season contender as they drew 3-3 with WBA Throstles!

Elsewhere Sam Langley topped the goal scoring charts for the 2021/22 season to claim the Golden Boot with 9 goals, whilst Tyler Reeve ensured bragging rights until next year after winning the Player of The Season award 🥇

Congratulations to our joint Championship Golden ‘Boot’ Winners!

Villa Rocket’s Mason Hindley and WBA Dudley’s Ollie Rock finished the season on 18 goals each and share this seasons honours 🏆🏆

The team will travel to Belfast in April for a Home Nations Cup.
