@AvantiWestCoast VERY poor decision to tell half the passengers to get off the 17:40 from EUS at Rugby and catch the slow stopping train to Birmingham. Delays clearly not your fault but by skipping all stops from Coventry to Wolverhampton you have introduced further delays.
