@WilliamHill This has been a truly shocking experience. How a company like @WilliamHill can fail to take fraud seriously is beyond me. I've emailed their Senior Independent Director, Anne de Kerckhove, because there's literally no other option.

On the DMs @WilliamHill absolutely refusing to provide an email address. They don't have them due to "business decisions". We're talking a cases of fraud and they won't allow me to contact them on an appropriate platform.
