. @ACTFibernet do you have intention to solve the customers problem at al?? Why is it so hard to billing team?? I’ve been your customer for 8 years. I think I’ll switch to @airtelindia

[WestRobot @WestWrldMrRobot]

@ACTFibernet If this is how pathetic your process is when it comes to doing basic name transfer and making customer service inaccessible? I don’t think it’s worth having this network anymore

@ACTFibernet Still helping me? I’ve called 6 times. Your tech team says only billing team can help. But once they transfer your billing team disconnects thr call. Not one callback yet. I don’t think I am coming back after my subscription expires.

@Airtel_Presence Thanks bot. Hope you get trained to acknowledge positive tweets.

[WestRobot @WestWrldMrRobot]

Even if I reach billing team, they pick up and disconnect. When did you become so pathetic?

You don’t build psychological resilience by feeling good all the time. You build psychological resilience by getting better at feeling bad.

When you’re listening to #Numb by #LinkinPark , Who comes to your mind when the lyric hits “And I know I may end up failing too. But I know you were just like me. With someone disappointed in you”?

It has been hot over India and the heatwave is forecast to continue, with severe impacts. A heatwave that would have been rare without climate change but is, like heatwaves around the world, much more common now & will become more & more so as long as we burn fossil fuels.
