Today we mailed the last batch of program books to members who did not pick up their badges and are presumed to have not attended. This includes supporting members. It obviously doesn't include anyone who did not provide a valid postal mail address.

@Lrobinett We mailed packages to every member who is marked as not having collected their name badge except for "guest of" and those people who we knew were deceased. We did not know about Gene, so a mailing did go to him.

There are still 30 program book packages waiting on the postage we ordered and that we hope will arrive tomorrow. Small-town post offices don't stock a whole lot of the 3 oz Ursula K. Leguin stamps. We'll mail the final batch as soon as we can.

Although we didn't have them available at the Closing Ceremony, we have now sent our Guests of Honor these parting gifts: models of the hotels in which they stayed during the convention Kevin Andrew Murphy at the Belvada and Myrna Donato at the Mizpah.

As of one week after the conclusion of move-out from Westercon 74, eleven members (7% of the 158 attendees) reported having tested positive for COVID-19. We thank those people who reported. This is our last expected update on the subject.
