Gas prices are annoying but really not that high relative to the season and the costs all around (which I know gas prices in part drive). But it’s supply and demand more than anything and oil is not as high as we might otherwise expect given the situation in the strait

@WilkCathy I mean nobody wants to pay more for gas but it is free capitalism at work. People pay it so they charge it. If people cut back they will lower prices but the economy is doing great so demand for gas is up.

@TBrontelli @piper4freedom How is it selfish? This is how capitalism works. You charge as much as you can until demand subsides and then you have to either cut back on drilling or cut prices . Or both. They are for profit businesses they aren’t going to charge less than they have to.
