UPDATE: The Government of Uganda has approved UGX 1.5 billion to support FUFA’s efforts to naturalise players of Ugandan descent to strengthen the Uganda Cranes. FUFA has been identifying eligible players, with Mathias Ndawula tasked to scout talent across Europe. Players linked through heritage include Devine Mukasa, Arthur Okonkwo, Bashir Humphreys, and Joshua Muwana, who could join the Cranes as early as the June international window if naturalisation is completed. 📸: Courtesy #TayariWestUpdates
