We have been learning about the water cycle in Year 4 and have put our creations on the window so that we can see the water cycle in action when it rains!

So that the children in Year 4 can write an instruction text effectively about how to write a fire, we have practiced lighting a fire in our wildlife garden and adding kindling, and taken photos using our iPads!
Year 6 have had a world war 2 workshop today. We leanrt about life on the Home Front, The Blitz and handled some real WW2 artefacts! We even dressed up in World War 2 outifts!
Year 5 have had an excellent week learning about the Victorians. Yesterday, they had Victorian Day and wrote with chalk, completed Victorian exercises and discovered what it was like to go to a Victorian school.
