"Dr Abati you were in government when Sanusi Lamido was screaming that any government that succeeds Goodluck Jonathan will face economic headwinds because of subsidy. By 2014, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, said that Nigeria was broke... If we had removed subsidy 10, 12 years ago, we wouldn't be where we are today." — Political Scientist, Obafemi George
"Data shows the Tinubu’s Administration has confronted higher Insecurity than previous one's. Last month, a high-profile terrorist figure linked to global networks was reportedly killed in Mali, said to be number two globally and described as one of the most active terrorists, which shows the scale of what the government is dealing with..."
Tinubu Ticks All The Boxes On Key National Issues - George
When you vote a president into office, there are certain key performance indicators, such as the economy, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and security. In my view, President Tinubu ticks all the boxes in these key areas. We can begin to assess his performance not only through data but also through comparative analysis with countries around the world. I often ask people to name a modern country that transitioned from poverty to prosperity in just 36 months. Take China, for example, it lifted hundreds of millions of people out of poverty, but that transformation took decades, roughly 40 years of consistent policies and reforms.
Obafemi George, Political Scientist
You asked for 7 ways Tinubu’s policies have benefited ordinary Nigerians:
1. NELFUND support for over a million Nigerian students. Those beneficiaries are not elites; they are everyday Nigerians.
2. Free primary and secondary education for about 30 million children. Are those children not from ordinary Nigerian families?
3. Massive federal road construction across the country. The people using those roads are traders, workers, students, and commuters not just the elite.
4. Increased allocations to states and local governments. The governors and local councils you praise today are spending money made possible by higher federal disbursements.
5. Support for the Dangote Refinery and the naira-for-crude initiative. Without these policies, fuel scarcity and endless queues could have remained a recurring nightmare.
6. Stability in public universities. When last did ASUU shut down academic activities nationwide? Millions of students are benefiting from uninterrupted academic sessions.
7. Renewed investor confidence and increased capital inflows. New investments mean new factories, construction projects, and jobs for ordinary Nigerians trying to earn a living.
And that’s just seven. The list is much longer.

FG Flags Off Reconstruction of Gombe-Biu Highway
The Federal Government has flagged off the reconstruction and dualization of the Gombe-Biu highway, a project valued at ₦1.245 trillion.
The ceremony took place at Liji in Gombe State and was performed by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya alongside the Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The 125-kilometre road will be reconstructed and dualized by Hi-Tech Construction Company using rigid pavement technology. The project scope has been expanded to 139 kilometres following a request by the governor to route it through the Northern Bypass.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya described the highway as an important economic and social corridor linking the Northeast with other parts of Nigeria and neighbouring countries. He said the project is expected to improve trade, transportation, and regional connectivity.
The governor noted that the road was originally built in 1962 and last resurfaced in 1976. He commended President Tinubu for approving the project and pledged that the state government would work with the federal government and contractors to ensure its timely completion to specified standards.
Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, said the project forms part of the federal government’s infrastructure priorities.
This guy was asked about his experience with women, and what he revealed was shocking. 😭💔
After listening to his story, would you still say men are the problem, or should we all just fear women? 👀😂
ISWAP/Boko Haram fighters abandoned their motorcycle in the forest and fled.
Could it be that they are running out of supplies due to disruptions to their logistics caused by Nigerian troops?
ISWAP announced through their unofficial media that all routes of "hijrah" meaning migration for foreign fighters to ISWAP are now closed due to "attacks of the American dogs and the apostates of Nigeria", and that the situation is too dangerous.
