Additionally me having to spend a further 550 euros to reach my destination by car taking a further 7 hours. This should be reimbursed or at the bare minimum refunded the flights that I did not take due to your time management? That’s simple customer service. @TurkishAirlines

If my connecting flight is missed, due to your airlines time management, and I do not take that flight or use the flight because of that, why should I have to pay for it?? 🤔 you taken money for a service I could not use. @TurkishAirlines

@TurkishAirlines airlines are absolute robbery. Delayed because of them and I miss my connect flight, which is also Turkish airlines. Resulting in me taking a car journey at my expensive of 600 euros. For then to reply with basically ‘not our problem’ absolutely shocking

Poor customer service on back end and front end @TurkishAirlines, emailed and called multiple times for a refund due to @TurkishAirlines fault and no replies. Every time I call I’m promised a reply in 24 hours and nothing. It’s been 30 days and still I am chasing for my refunds.
