@JohnEdwardsEH Actually...prob not...I've learned a lot doing my Retrofit Coordinator course...but the plaster wasn't lime. There was a breather membrane behind the PIR and the plaster is old lime behind that and nothing in the cavity....no sign of interstitial condensation/damp after 5 years..
