my 10-point peace plan for Ukraine:
- russia stops aggression
- russia withdraws from UA
- russia releases PoWs
- russia returns children
- russia recognizes 1991 borders
- partition russia
- disarm russia
- decolonize russia
- prosecute war crimes
- make russia pay reparations
russians attacked a packed passenger bus in Kherson.
A bus full of civilians, just going about their lives.
russia is deliberately terrorizing civilians. The world must stop treating this as normal.
Elon Musk's statement about needing to have pity for Russian conscripts is the ultimate act of cynicism and hypocrisy.
If Elon wants the war to stop and Russian conscripts not to die, the thing to do is help Ukraine win as quickly as possible, rather than forcing Ukraine to sacrifice itself.
A Ukrainian victory is the only way to save the lives of the Russians Musk sympathizes with so deeply.

An organized disinformation campaign about Ukraine's Starlink access has dropped on Twitter.
The richest man in the world needs bots and paid trolls for validation.
One of the largest disinformation campaigns in recent years is now unfolding on the X platform.
This large-scale bot, troll farm and paid influencer campaign is aimed at deflecting blame away from those that throttled Ukraine's Starshield/Starlink access onto Ukraine itself.
@JurgenGeevels@vrtnws nee, het duurde hier ook een tijdje. @nos verdedigde bijvoorbeeld lange tijd de schrijfwijze "Kiev". zie: https://t.co/wnu00UVhI3.
What so many Ukraine supporters in Washington think but won't say publicly: Zelensky mishandled Trump's demand that he stop bombing Russian refineries—and then made it worse by going after Trump publicly.
My latest.

@dim0kq@lotta_love43 a very happy birthday to you! wishing you many more trips around the sun, and may your next birthday come with a victory to celebrate too. 🇺🇦
yes, Peter. i am in Ukraine right now, delivering humanitarian aid. and i just got out of a bomb shelter after another air raid alert.
back to the topic: you keep saying "peace". please spell out the terms and tell me what happens to Ukrainians living under occupation.
NEW: Rosneft deep dive by Bloomberg News
+ Officials at Russia’s largest oil producer are concerned that even a few more months of the war with Ukraine could leave lasting damage across the business.
+ One of Rosneft’s biggest refineries, Ryazan, has been shut for more than half the time since it was first hit by Ukraine in May and has run well below full capacity when operating, according to damage assessments seen by Bloomberg.
+ Another, Syzran, has spent much of the past six months either completely shut or operating at less than a third of capacity, according to data reviewed by Bloomberg. The Tuapse refinery has been offline since April.
+ Ukraine is conducting repeat strikes on the refineries as soon as repairs are completed or nearing completion. The need to repeatedly repair damaged equipment is straining operations and causing costs to pile up to levels that Rosneft officials have privately warned cannot be sustained long-term.
+ Some plants have deliberately slowed repairs as a result, stretching work that should take days into weeks, according to people familiar with the matter.
+ Efforts to protect the facilities with shipping containers, nets and steel cables have proved ineffective against swarms of drones, company plans show.
+ The damage is particularly difficult to repair when strikes hit complex secondary units, whose parts would previously have been sourced from the West. It means relying on Russian-made copies and Chinese imports that can take months to obtain and are not always compatible with existing machinery.
+ It’s put Rosneft into financial trouble. Even before the ramping up of Ukraine’s drone campaign, the company saw a “perfect storm” for its finances. Since then, its profits are down and debt is rising despite what should have been a big windfall from the Iran war.
+ Moscow Credit Bank, which is linked to Rosneft, is showing signs of distress with $8 billion of problem loans. It highlights how both Russia’s energy and banking sectors are coming under strain at the same time, a dynamic causing concern to Russian finance officials.

.@SteveWitkoff to Putler, yesterday: "you are a humanitarian also, sir, and I salute that. I commend you."
russia, last night: fires a cluster warhead into Kyiv's historic center.
🚨 Russian forces struck Kyiv’s historic center with an Iskander ballistic missile carrying a cluster warhead to maximize area damage.

BIG: Zelensky confirms the Kyiv Independent's reporting, telling U.S. congressmen the Pentagon is refusing to approve the transfer of Patriot missiles to Ukraine.
The weapons have already been paid for through the U.S.-NATO PURL program, Zelensky said.
