@stu_mcpherson_ This is vile 😟Maybe time should be spent on putting the homeless in more suitable accommodation, so they didn't have to spend time on freezing cold and rainy streets

Perhaps also make it easier to work, with cash-in-hand jobs, so they can afford to start gaining a life back
