According to a Reddit post, a custodian named Derek, who works in ERC, a building directly connected to Barus & Holley, noticed the shooter casing the building for weeks in late November and early December.
He says he repeatedly warned campus security, but his concerns were not followed up.
After the tip line went public, he contacted police and on 12/15 met in person with an ATF agent and a Providence detective.
He believes the tragedy could have been prevented if Brown University had followed up.
BUSTED!
Looks like there was a camera in the room after all.
Officials state there are no cameras in the older portion of the Barus and Holley building where the shooting occurred at Brown University.
Google images shows several photos that appear to be from the same elevated location inside of "classroom 166" where the shooting is said to have occurred.
Yesterday, a local news reporter erupted during a briefing by authorities. He claimed his friend is a Detective who is furious that evidence is being purposefully hidden from authorities.
@TheFive@JesseBWatters My daughter lives on Preston Street near Brown. Her property has a very good security system—high end cameras. Her property falls within the zone of where the perp walked last Saturday. Providence Police just got around to asking to see the footage Tuesday
@JesseBWatters My daughter lives on Preston Street—close to the campus— and the police just got around to stopping by her place last night (Tuesday) to ask for the footage from her landlord’s excellent surveillance cameras in both the front and the back of the building.
🚨 MUST WATCH: You could not have found a more incompetent group of corrupt morons who are leading the investigation into the shooting at Brown University:
- Brown's head of campus security was fired from his last job for not having the proper credentials.
- Brown's President may have removed security cameras from the campus at the behest of Palestinian activists.
- Providence's City Council Chief of Staff is a "genderless bisexual" who was arrested for protesting at Trump tower.
- Columbia-born Providence police chief has a nephew who ran one of the largest fentanyl rings on the east coast.
@Cjpearson We’ve seen this kind of incompetence in other mass shootings, where the people in charge of security weren’t credentialed, almost as if done on purpose to make way for an incoming event.
@HistoryBoomer You are just as clueless as everyone else. No one has a handle on these times we live in, the answer, the truth. But at least there are people out there trying to do what our corrupt governments will not do. Be quiet. We don’t care what you think.
🚨 Rhode Island Corruption Alert
Providence Police Chief Col. Oscar Perez’s nephew, Jasdrual “Josh” Perez, was sentenced to 22.5 years in federal prison for running one of the largest fentanyl rings in the region—flooding RI & beyond with millions of deadly pills.
Feds called his uncle (Sgt. Andres Perez) a ‘knowing or unwitting participant,’ yet no local PPD investigation ever occurred.
How did this massive operation thrive under the nose of family in command? Rhode Island’s deep-rooted corruption protected a drug kingpin while fentanyl ravaged communities.
What the fuck is going on in Rhode Island????
Whoa. Mark Halperin has heard that the family of Ella Cook, the Christian conservative student who lost her life at Brown university, has been told she was the shooter’s target.
@ChanterCin@DailyMail This happened to my beautiful cousin. On adderal her whole life for ADD, and when she tried to get off, her brain was too fried to live a normal existence. She took her own life at 35.
@TheDogFather_68@DailyMail As a parent of a teen, I know addiction and youth are very complex issues and can’t be written off that easily. The kid has to want to change but is often too immature to make that decision. Parents must help, but people don’t get better until they’re ready, often later in life.
