First family vacay I've had in years, and @travelocity is trying to finesse me out of a refund for checking out 2 days early stay from a hotel the lobby of which smelled like urine and sewer gas and whose bathrooms and kitchen weren't clean or properly stocked. SO disappointed!

Oh, wait, now @travelocity agent Aman has checked with the property and they're supposedly offering one day's refund.

I was assured that the hotel would not contest a refund, but Aman the @travelocity agent is stating the the hotel's policies don't allow for a refund.

I was actually on the phone with the manager on duty at the hotel while the @travelocity agent was telling me they were contacting the property and speaking with the manager.
