Viator hid the fact that the Castle is closed on Tuesdays, and now refuses to refund. This conduct is unfair, against natural justice, and unacceptable to me.

There has been a massive break through in discovering new antibiotics using AI. Brilliant, but the last paragraph of the article sums up the human race. Why bother trying to save lives if we can't make money. We are worse than the bacteria the antibiotics would kill. Greed kills.

The @ViatorTravel customer service is absolutely rubbish. They will not let us speak to a manager and keep putting us on hold hoping we just give up on our refund and let them have our hard earned cash.

@Tripadvisor @Via According to @ViatorTravel it's out fault that we can't get any refunds for the boat trip that didn't happen. Apparently the company that runs the tour have shown them evidence they spoke to us but viator won't show us this evidence.

So @ViatorTravel seem like a right bunch of scammers. They are selling tickets for tours that no longer exist and then refusing to give money back and refusing to give me the details on how to make a formal complaint.

The experience I am currently recieving is not a memorable tour but I am having a really crappy time and it is making even think badly about @Tripadvisor as they are the ones that pointed us in the direction of @via

@Tripadvisor @Via To be selling tickets for a boat trip in one part of Turkey when the company up and left that area a year ago and are now running trips 205km away is a disgrace.
