@BritishVogue Flip flops are tacky. Their utility is for watering your plants, grabbing mail from the letterbox or walking on the beach (not off) . Never for public wear and not a fashion choice. Seems vogue is scraping the barrel for stories and using Jen for click bait.

@Kitten_Slipper @preta_6 An ankle boot jean, slim through the thigh lengthens at the ankle, a little higher in the waist. I am 5’4 and was given a pair of these (Levi) 15 years ago and always looked taller in them. Was upset when they died 3 mths ago but found the brand now has an almost identical pair.

@CanTrueCrime @preta_6 I agree with you Leah, and Annette. Love a good high waisted pant as they are flattering on most people and
there are different waist heights to choose from in jeans so everyone is taken care of (Levi’s at least). And I really dislike crop-tops as I think they just look trashy.

@preta_6 There’s not just 1 shape pant leg in fashion but I get the disappointment when you like something and it doesn’t love you back. Try a slim or straight leg for a more modern cut or go with skinny but wear with a more on trend top - 99% of people just notice you look nice not why.

@Nero I am a fan of smart lights as whoever built my house put all the light switches on the furthest wall from doorways. Also love appliances people once feared would replace human labor i.e dishwashers, dryers, washers. However, not sure all innovation is healthy or good for us.
