ICB @HealthierNWL took 40 working days to defend a provider that left my sister without a wheelchair for 3+ months, then claimed everything was “within contract.”
Now I’m filing FOIs. Let’s see how solid their story really is.

After a month of silence, @PHSOmbudsman finally replied to my request to prioritise a systemic complaint backed by their own FOI data.
Their response?
“You’re in a queue.”
No urgency. No accountability.
