In 10 years, if a Democrat gets elected, they will be claiming credit for all of the long-term benefits that Trump's policies will have created. They will refuse to give credit where credit is due. Between Venezuela and Iran, and possibly Cuba soon, these countries will have gone from shit holes to vibrant economies in that 10 year period. We could have more peace and prosperity than Gen X grew up with. To be fair, I will grant you that Iran is a big IF. It could end in disaster. These Twelvers are dedicated to martyring their entire population (not themselves of course). But it could end with the rise of a new Persia. That would be cool.

He broke American law by funding gain of function research that has been outlawed here. He gave taxpayer money to an NGO that funded the research. The funds are being withheld because these states won't cooperate with fraud investigations. The Trump admin is trying to limit waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayers dollars. These dollars came from people who worked hard to earn money, and had it confiscated without their consent. We need and want government accountability. Those states are refusing to provide that to us. That accountability is OWED to us. It's not political. Is responsibility. Maybe you don't understand that.

It's being put to work. It's stock. Urs company ownership. That wealth is creating jobs, paying employees, paying for all the raw materials that go into building rockets, satellites, data centers, chips and robots. It's not in a bank account. The value of that wealth is directly tied to the price of the stock, which is directly tied to how well the company is performing. If you force the sale of that wealth every year, the economy will collapse. Forced sale of stock by billionaires and whoever else you decide is unworthy is not only immoral, it's stupid beyond all measure. You'll collect less tax revenue overall. But you keep feeding your red meat to your constituents. You just sing while the country burns. You've never built anything. You're a taker. You live off the brilliance, ingenuity, creativity, perseverance and risk-taking of others. You want a piece for yourself but you weren't smart enough or wired right to actually build something from nothing. You talk. You criticize. You lord over others from your perch of privilege. You make nothing. You stir up others' emotions against the best and brightest of your countrymen and women. Because YOU'RE greedy. Not them. They created something. They earned something. They deserve the proceeds just like they suffered their losses. Where were you when Elon and SpaceX were near bankruptcy? Were you sharing in those losses? Estate taxes just give the government the wealth instead of forcing it to be passed down to children or anyone else. That is the worst idea of all the ideas! The government should always get zero, especially at death. There is no economic activity happening at death, therefore a tax at that point should be illegal. You have paid taxes on that money your entire life, and the mere act of dying causes you to lose a large percentage? That's insanity!
