@ScaryMommy This is good advice, and I endorser it as a mom of 8. I’d also add that I teach kids to look for a mom with little kids for help. She will most likely empathize and care to help get a child back where he needs to be. (And less likely to want to take another one on.)

@JBsTwoCents I just got a theragun for quad and glute tightness after a trainer used one on me at the gym. It helps, I believe. My husband uses it for his back and neck. I found one modestly priced on Amazon, and it works the same for me as the high-end one at the gym.

@Broken_Devotion Bless. I’ve never bought the “girls are more dramatic” theory. They’re all different, but our first 5 are boys, and there is pleeeeeenty of drama with the boys at all ages if they’re that sort of kid. Some just are.

@JBsTwoCents Towels together, bedding together, clothes together. Particularly dirty things together. I rarely separate by color. We are a house of 10; I do a lot of laundry. I can’t minister to laundry; I eschew special-needs textiles. *Always* use heavy-soil option & extra rinse.
