One of 2 things will happen from here - Either Anthropic and OpenAI will double down on training and their compute spend. Or, investors will stop funding them.
In scenario 1, the AI bull market continues.
In scenario 2...
POTUS is absolutely right. Whoever provides secure and safe passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz should be compensated for this service.
Iran has always been the GUARDIAN of the Strait and will remain so FOREVER.
20% is of course too much. We will be fair
Nithin Kamath says discount broker cannot charge %fee because there's no incremental effort in executing large order. However Zerodha charges 0.25% on value of shares settled in F&O. This is not justified because effort in F&O delivery is same whether stock is worth ₹10 or ₹100
Note that Kirit Somaiyya is not an elected official - not a corporator, not an MLA, not an MLC, not an MP.
Yet, he sits in every BMC proceeding and discussion - this should be the first question everyone should be asking, regardless of who they vote for.
For everyone who’s asking when will be performing in Mumbai. I’d need 145 MLA’s,
7500 Crores, ED, EC, CBI, A Party Symbol & Court Judgement…
If anyone has any leads let me know

L&T has entered the B2B industrial electronics space.
The new vertical, L&T Electronic Products and Systems (LTEPS), will start manufacturing out of Coimbatore, with its headquarters in Bengaluru.
The first privately built PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) is being assembled at L&T’s Coimbatore facility. Satellite manufacturing is also being focused on at this facility.
Many investments happening in Tamil Nadu never get properly accounted for due to this headquarters effect. That's fine. What we want is actual investments on the ground, not just how they are geographically accounted for.
Hyundai operates primarily out of Tamil Nadu, but its headquarters is in Gurugram. Hyundai is now making Chennai its EV hub in the country.
Tata Electronics has its maximum presence in Tamil Nadu but is headquartered in Mumbai.
Titan's manufacturing is based out of Tamil Nadu, but its headquarters is in Bengaluru.
Ather Energy is headquartered in Bengaluru, but manufacturing happens in Tamil Nadu.
Ola's manufacturing facilities are all in Tamil Nadu, while its headquarters is in Bengaluru.
I can keep providing a long list. When I started analysing why FDI is shown as relatively lower in Tamil Nadu, I realised that investments are often accounted for only in the states where the headquarters are located.
In the first half of the last century, under British rule, India's GDP barely grew. The growth rate was close to zero.
In the first three decades after independence, the economy grew at around 3.5%.
For the last four decades, India's GDP growth rate has averaged around 6%.
Only in a handful of years since independence has India's GDP growth rate touched or exceeded 8%.
Unless we sustain a minimum of 8% to 10% growth in the coming years, meaningful economic progress and rapid improvement in living standards will remain challenging for our country.
Given our past track record and current economic management, achieving anything consistently above 6% GDP growth looks difficult. This rate is barely sufficient to deliver a meaningful improvement in the quality of life for all sections of our population.
