PSA: '100% off, free to keep soon... but WHY?', I'm getting this question a lot recently, so let me clear some things up!

WARNING: First and foremost, I have to say this: Steam just told me that Dokimon Wishlisters WILL NOT be notified when the game goes 100% off.

To combat this, I've set my game's DLC to go on a 20% sale starting on the same day, so if you want a Steam Wishlist notification/email, that is linked on my website (and currently in my stories) so definitely do that if you want to get notified when the base game goes free to keep in 12 days!!!

⚠️ You will only have 48 hours to claim the game for free. After that, it will be full priced again. If you claim the game, you get to keep it forever!

Phew. Now that that's out of the way, let's get into the 'WHY!' 😄 So: I am a solo developer, and Dokimon Quest was my first big game. It was not perfect by any means, especially on launch.

Thus, I spent 2 years updating and perfecting it, and it's in a REALLY good state now! However, there are still some few things that cannot be changed or improved upon. So I would like to do this giveaway, not only just to give back to my community, but also so that I can get new feedback on the 2-years active updated version of the game, and take all of that into account while making my sequel so that I can make it as good as possible!

Also, NO ⚠️ I do not get ANY money from this event. However, it will be a fantastic opportunity to grow as a developer, get some well needed feedback before diving into the developement of my sequel for a year or so, and also I'm just so excited for so many new people to experience my first big game I made all by myself and worked super hard on!!!

Lastly, I LOVE my game and my job. I spent 10,000 hours crafting the game I always wanted to play as a kid. And I'm going to make many more games!

I won't ask for anything in return. But if you enjoyed the game and left a review, I'd really appreciate that! (I read every single one) ❤️❤️❤️
