@lemonworld @SDCC2020 I'd like to get one of these. I actually have a Bender version and would like one of yours to go with it. The site doesn't offer you as an option though.
I respect Governor Beshear's decision to require the wear of face masks in public. This is a common sense decision which will protect the public and our economy. I call on the legislature to lend their authority in this effort to protect the people of the Commonwealth.
#GoTeachTuesday Mr. Scribbles always wanted to be a teacher. Now, he advises his high school’s chapter of Educators Rising and teaches in the Teaching and Learning Career Pathway. Learn more about both at https://t.co/oR9AWd4a6i
Meade Co. R.E.C.C. has a power outage just outside Hardinsburg along Highway 259 north. About 110 customers are without power. Crews are working to restore power. The R.E.C.C. has a planned repair in the Cloverport area this afternoon that could result in a brief outage there.
This is something I'm really going to have to work on. It's always been a challenge for me and I know that I am going to have to be more deliberate and include it in my planning. #goTeachKY
I do yoga in the mornings while practicing mindfulness. Then during the school day we dance and practice mindfulness. Apps like Calm, MyLife, and Breathe Kids help both adults and children. #GoTeachKy
Often teachers are asked to work outside the classroom. This makes them better teachers inside the classroom. Help KDE make our assessments stronger! #GoTeachKy

@BRInstitute The same right to privacy that protects birth control also protects same sex marriage and inter-racial marriage. Read about Louis Brandeis and how he changed the way America thinks about human rights.
June, everyone has graduated, former students are starting new lives. Those that joined the military are reporting for Basic. I'd like to salute that FIRST soldier that every trainee meets, THE DRILL SERGEANT! A soldier, teaching soldiers. #goTeachKY
I highly recommend that all members of our education community take a moment to look at the results of the Impact Survey taken by Kentucky educators earlier this year. #goTeachKY

@GoTeachKY I always have a summer project to improve my classroom. This helps keep me focused and ready for when school reopens! This year I am resurfacing the cabinets in my classroom. #goTeachKY
@GoTeachKY Hi. I'm John. I teach 8th grade social studies in Breck County. I started teaching after 23 years in the Army and I'd be glad to talk about Troops To Teachers and Alternative Certification!
I always regret that Memorial Day usually takes place after school has let out for the year. It is such an important event in our culture, it's a shame we can't teach about it in the classroom, when it is fresh in students minds.

I'm non-traditional certification, so I don't have the same background as most. It wasn't until I was actually in the classroom, working with students, listening to them share their lives, that I knew teaching was my new life.

Teaching is about all about working with other teachers, collaboration. I had a great day Monday and Tuesday working with other members of the Worlds Languages Advisory Panel on new standards. Dedicated professionals!
