Meade Co. R.E.C.C. has a power outage just outside Hardinsburg along Highway 259 north. About 110 customers are without power. Crews are working to restore power. The R.E.C.C. has a planned repair in the Cloverport area this afternoon that could result in a brief outage there.

I do yoga in the mornings while practicing mindfulness. Then during the school day we dance and practice mindfulness. Apps like Calm, MyLife, and Breathe Kids help both adults and children. #GoTeachKy
