@ConcreteLog14@drpatrick Who’s blaming everything else? Why can’t there be many things involved? Everything should be looked at, and taurine is consumed mainly by young people, & has a link to some cancers, including colon. Open your mind….
@GunnyJ FDA-approved antiviral drug wins global health award and the Nobel Prize:
CDC: “ You are not a horse,” it said. “You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”

So frustrating that it’s not much, much better after all of this time. Especially considering products exist that are extremely accurate like M Modal. The cynic in me thinks it’s purposely that way in order to record and catalog every possible voice intonation and pronunciation for some future databank.
@pmarca There should be a requirement that any “expert” offering their opinion in an article about health or nutrition should be required to state any potential conflict of interest, as we already require in medical journals, in finance, etc
@nic_carter@ChefMMiami Also add radiation exposure to the list… especially for frequent flyers and also pilots/flight attendants. Higher risk of certain cancers
@olegc14@the_chart_life Mag glycinate has 3x more glycine than Mg. Glycine promotes cancer (as do many amino acids… but glycine one of the worst). As always, do your own research :). Mag oxide and malate the safest forms. Citrate ok but laxitive effects
@Ritholtz Air travel is, at best, a simultaneous indicator. Folks typically plan trips months in advance.
My indicators? SPX GAAP earnings have flatlined all of 2024, while SPX sporting a P/E of 28+, quite rich by historical standards
