@CRIPPStoniteSC @trevorlong Probably check some YouTube videos for benchmarking comparisons. Same processor . Main diffs: 3GB/16GB vs 2GB/8GB; 2 x USB 3.0 vs Micro SD slot. The Pro is much superior for gaming emulation (not my thing). Better aesthetics. AI upscaling (on both) is cool.

@CRIPPStoniteSC @trevorlong Shield has a lot more grunt, bells & whistles, lossless audio support etc, but the GTV-C is only $99 (or $139 bundled with six months Netflix). You will need "extras" though on the GTV-C (eg USB-C hub, power supply) for connecting ethernet and HDs - messy. Two distinct markets.

@CRIPPStoniteSC @trevorlong If you're streaming at a frame rate that doesn't match your panel's refresh rate, the Nvidia Shield will automatically convert the content to match your display. KODI supports automatic refresh rate matching, and Kayo is easily watched via Kodi (superior to Kayo native app).
