@dGKwinten @crazycopvideos So our rights only matter in a court of law? At that point the process is the punishment. The cops in the wrong but this guy has to take a day(s) off work. Lose money. Hire an attorney. Arrange a babysitter if he has kids. How about the cop respect his rights and know his limits.

So at any point in time someone can not like the look of you, point, say you’re suspicious and the police can just stop you and get all of your info?

@2Pepper1Salt @RadioGenoa That’s not how self defense works. You need to be in fear for your life or serious bodily harm or disfigurement. Another element (one of five) is proportionality. That wasn’t a proportional response—he wasn’t even injured. Then there is the age and size difference.

@SallyMayweather It was. Considering the CSA constitution was almost a 1-1 of the U.S. for the exception of the explicit allowance of slavery. Not to mention a lot of prominent ex union governemnt leaders claiming their position is, “thoroughly identified with the institution of slavery.”
