If they took say 110mil if they only want 1 mil then they can do thousands 10's of thousands transfers to the public, police cant freeze say 100k accounts of the public, some people would cash out so would the thieves.

@Velkyen Only way to police this while staying within the law is to prevent them from resubbing to you if they reclaim twice within say a 3 or 6 month period,
this way they stay within the law allowing the 14 day window and police it via resub.

Currently forcing many videos to process again on @youtube, as we all know there HDR processing timeframe is terrible and half the time does not even trigger, so I have removed the last 1 sec off of many videos to force them to re-encode.
