I hosted a press conference with @DonnaLupardo to reject @NYSEandG's proposed delivery rate hikes. These increases, compounding over 3 years, would result in a 62% raise for electric and 17.8% for gas. That is unacceptable! Electricity and heat are necessities, not luxuries.
