When the back foot heel has a good relationship with the back hip hitters can control their forward with the backside. This can help with proper timing in launching their swing.

Yesterday I wrapped up my college baseball career as well as my playing career. I was reflecting on some things that I wish I knew coming into college or somethings that I would tell younger players interested in playing college baseball. So here they are in no particular order⬇️
Enjoy each an every moment daily. The rush the hustle and craziness. It will all come to an end one day. As a parent cherish it as a player enjoy it. One day you will remember the slow roller you didnt run out one day you will wish u had a chance to hit a slow roller again.
In the next month, baseball careers will be ending at ballparks across the Palmetto State. Tough for player...tough for parents too. Enjoy this gem that was given to DP 20 seasons ago entitled 'A Baseball Parents Farewell'
Disclaimer, it might bring tears...
