Dear @whitesox fans,
You’ve spent 8 years making me feel welcome and loved and appreciated. And I love you dearly.
I will always cherish you and your passion and joy. You mean more than you know to me.
Thank you for filling my heart.
#IsItRaining Yes, as I type this.
They don’t actually *want* to hire anyone either. There have been postings for White Sox analytics positions over the last few years with ridiculously high standards but the postings remain stale and nobody gets the job.
It’s really a shame. I love the broadcasts and I think the team is incredibly talented, especially when healthy, but I simply don’t enjoy watching these games and being on Twitter as long as he’s the manager.
I have found that not watching the TLR-led White Sox over the last couple weeks has dramatically improved my mental health. It’s a waste of my precious, limited free time to get angry at the same junk every single day.
Dude, Rick Hahn literally does not like me. But signing Grandal, who was the best player available at a position of need, will never be a mistake. He was great until 2022. There are many things I will go to my grave blaming Hahn for but Yasmani Grandal will never be one of them.
This is sad. This was supposed to be one of the best White Sox teams we’ve seen, and I’m barely interested in watching these games. I had more fun watching them a few years ago when they were really bad.
@JamesFox917 Totally agree. I don’t think they’re this bad either. I like RD too but it does have lots of flaws, especially when you see position players pitching seemingly every other day. Combine everyone’s preseason expectations with the blowouts and that’s why 22-22 feels like 22-42.
