@WelshGasDoc I found the focus on the parents' 'rights' unsettling. Parents have responsibilities to their child, not rights to dictate care. Archie had rights - the person receiving the care must always be at the centre of decisions, even when decisions impact their loved ones negatively.

@emmaccope Most of Europe is heading the same way and has been for a while. Historically the US has always been 5-10 years ahead of the UK in terms of politics, but I'd say the political gap is closer to 5 years now. But yeah, I look at the US and see my future. It's... not ideal.
