@JENNlEP0P @Alfwed_ Energy is not useful because it doesn’t reach any threshold that Sparkle doesn’t do by herself post NF. The SP go by multiples of 2 for Archer. It’s either good now, or before, but not both. Rin contributes to SP and Sparkle skill is free: it was good before, not now

Sparkle & Cerydra give Phainon a higher ceiling, last being something like Robin, who advances everyone and therefore making them target Phainon so it's basically immediate to chain his ult
