@O2 The phone advisor said he could send code 2 my phone so i could change address... i said i had no sim-so how would he do that? then he suggested he email...but i have no wifi ? THEN after using my work computer to access email he said..."oh no actually we cant do that" Inept.
@O2 ...then ordered phone online and next day having connectivity issues with internet. Phoned helpline...no use. Tried to order new sim but as had to change my address they said they couldn't do over phone so now have been sent back to nearest store (which is not near for me)
@O2 I am beyond disappointed with the service you have provided. Went to Canterbury store Monday-was told wait was 15 mins and they would text when ready. They never text....despite numerous staff being free
