😭 are you kidding me?!?! I am so proud to have been trained by a brilliant chemist, an imaginative thinker, and a supportive mentor. Hats off to you, @CarolynBertozzi
After a brief delay, we were able to give retired Senior Lecturer and Chemistry of Art Extraordinaire Deborah Simon the send-off she deserves. After 26 years in the dept., Deb has left an indelible mark on us, our students and our curriculum. Thank you Deb and see you around!
Congrats to Kathryn Woodburn '23, chemistry major, who received the American Chemical Society Colloid and Surface Chemistry Division PUI Nanomaterials Award at the national meeting of the American Chemical Society this week in Chicago!
