@HomeDepotCanada So my order has been in Canada for over a week nobody contacted us of how to pick it up. I had no way of contacting the delivery company since Home Depot said it was FedEx….When it was never shipped via FedEx. This has caused a lot of stress waiting for this order.
@HomeDepotCanada So this has been in Canada for over a week and nobody has contacted us? We called Home Depot on the weekend and none of this information was provided to us! If it’s sitting at the Cambridge location, why hasn’t it been provided to us yet?
@YaleHomeUs@googlenesthelp I have the Yale x Nest door lock. It will not connect to my Nest account. Spent hours troubleshooting online, two hours with nest support who then sends me to Yale Support. Countless emails with Yale support to send me back to nest. Someone help me!!!

@googlenesthelp Oh that’s great to know. Thanks. Too bad that it’s not with the nest app to easily scan through all cameras. Is the nest app being phased out to google home only?
@googlenesthelp I just installed the flood light with camera. However it will only show in google home and not my nest aware account. How can I add it so all nest cameras are in the nest app and have the additional aware plus features I currently pay for?
@googlenesthelp Hello - thanks for the quick reply. Yes the flood light camera is on the same house structure as the other cameras that have nest aware plus.
@RBC Thank you for the reply. We have tried that in their RBC account and it is not an option. Only shows their cards. Not the card they are authorized for under my account.
@HPPublicHealth Thanks for looking in to it. Guess you have the lucky touch as it’s still it working correctly. I’ll wait until more dates are available - hopefully the site will be more reliable by then.
@HPPublicHealth It might also be due to the fact your site isn’t working. When you select a date it shows a different date. Or shows lots of avail appts and then when you go to select it shows all times unavailable despite ‘multiple appts’ available on the calendar. Makes it impossible to book.
