Whittle 2-2 Acregate Lane

Found ourselves 0-2 down but the lads showed great fight to pull the game back 2-2. Could have had a winner on another day but will take the point!

Onto the next one!

Whittle 0-5 @RaglanLord

Terrible 1st half cost us any chance of getting something from the game, but fair play to Raglan, good solid side, fully deserved the win today!
We look forward to the reverse fixture!

For Whittle, it's another learning curve in this new league

CHALLENGE CUP: The draw for Round 2 of the Syndicate Trust Challenge Cup, made by Andy Livingstone (Changing Room) & Nikki Nye.

Details of the date of the ties to be confirmed and will be dependent on the weather and when the outstanding LFA Sunday Trophy games have been played.

[Whittle Wanderers F.C @WhittleFC]

@Fat_Baz_Todd It was less, but none the less still correct, although a pitch can still be too wet to play on, as the damage cause by the one game could cause the next 4 to be called off. A sensible call and will benefit all the teams that play on it 👍

[Whittle Wanderers F.C @WhittleFC]

🟢⚫️

Unfortunately, our game today is off! The rain last night left standing water on the pitch.

Onto the next one!
