LeBron James was interviewed about the Solomon Hill injury at the start of the season and said he’s still recovering, per @mcten 💔
“My foot and my ankle ain't been the same since. Ever since, I've been fighting uphill to get it back to normal. But it's been a little blah. I was playing some of the best basketball of my career up until that point and leading this franchise in the right direction and then something like that happens.”
Today in the New York Post:
“Ground penetrating radar scans and soil samples from the tunnel site, which reportedly match the 515-foot dimensions of Noah’s Ark uncovered a series of “corridors” below the earth..
Tunnels were discovered running down the middle of the “boat” and alongside the inside edge of the possible ship, leading to a central cavity Jones called the atrium.”
Today is 5 HEARTBEATS 35th ANNIVERSARY
Thanks to my friend co-writer @KeenenIvoryWayans CAST, CREW,FANS for making this a classic. If you haven’t seen the doc “MAKING the FIVE HEARTBEATS” it’s available on all platforms. As we say in the film “Got nothin but love for ya Baby!“
China scientists have successfully used stem cells to reverse type 1 and type 2 diabetes in humans.
Stem cells are helping some Type 1 patients make insulin naturally. No injections, no pumps—just your body doing the work.
Marlon Wayans says ‘WHITE CHICKS 2’ and ‘DON'T BE A MENACE 2’ will happen if ‘SCARY MOVIE 6’ is successful.

13 years ago today, j. cole dropped his EP ‘truly yours’ 🎧
fun fact: the track “stay” was originally recorded in 2009 and produced by no i.d. the beat was later used for nas’ “stay” on his 2012 album ‘life is good.’
cole was first given the instrumental but never locked it in. when he didn’t put money down on it, no i.d. passed it to nas.
“"‘stay" was my favorite song that was absolutely going on my first album… long story short, i didn’t buy that beat from no i.d., and nas bought that beat… that taught me a lesson real quick: if you want a record, you have to put some money down on it.”
what song do you still revisit from this project?
