Hi @flipkartsupport I have an issue with one of my deliverables, it was supposed to be delivered day before yesterday, but still it's not yet and moreover the number of the agent provided isn't working, i contacted customer care but support was poor.

@WBSEDCL1 I raised a docket 77686255 for an incorrect electricity bill(again), and it was closed without resolution, citing the "wrong category", even though it was correctly raised.This happened last time too, when I was forced to pay due to a faulty meter.This is unacceptable.

@SMARTBazaarIn Pl have a look at the condition of this Smart Point located at Ratua, Malda, West Bengal, as per the staffs this is happening due to man power shortage, only one counter active at this time, no house keeping, no staff at any section.

Cancelling the order and reordering it as well will be time consuming as this has been done by an EMI transaction, I am expecting some solutions if Flipkart can provide to their plus membership valuable customer rather asking to simply cancel the order.

I am suggested by customer care to either cancel the order or get it delivered at the location as mentioned in the order, getting it delivered there and bringing it to my location will need a transport service which will be pretty costly and in this BBD everyone is trying to save

@amazon @AmazonHelp a delivery was supposed to happen day before yesterday,but it's not delivered,I have got an additional number updated in case needed,but I could see again it's been updated as delivery attempted,but no call was received,i have complained twice but no luck.
