A big shoutout and thank you to Paulo and Ash, students in the @BallStateCAP program. They came and spoke to our CEA students about what’s it’s like to be a student in that program and all the opportunities they have. They did a great job! Can’t wait to have them back. #LPSelma
As the 3rd quarter comes to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to showcase the impressive projects completed by my Computer Design and Production Class students. The past 9 weeks have been incredibly demanding.

The WHS Robotics team is off to a great start to the new competition season. We have a lot of new faces and everyone seems to be onboard with our goals.
We will have 3 teams again this year. 28921A (D.A.V.E.) 28921B (Light Hats) and 28921C (Tech-No-Logic). #LPSelma
The computer design and production class just finished up their personalized cutting boards. These students used Autodesk Inventor to design their boards and Corel draw to create their personalization, which was laser engraved using our Epilog Laser Zing. #LPSelma
Kaydin Priddy loading and Jazira Hernandez scoring at will. Great teamwork that lead to their high score of the day. More pics of the event can be viewed on our Facebook page. #girlpower#LPSelma
Overall a great first competition for our robotics teams. Everyone competed well and learned a lot. Team Robo Ready finished 3-0 and is currently in 3rd place. #LPSelma
We had a great start to our week! Team Wall-E had their first test drive with their new chassis. Plus we received our first donated items from our Amazon Wish List! A big thanks to the Carman family! #lpselma#VexRobotics#engineering
The advantage of having a laser in our classroom…we can make our own Championship plaques! Good luck to the #lpselma elementary and middle school robotics teams this weekend! Let’s keep some of these plaques here!
This Saturday the WHS robotics team will participate in the Raider Robotics Tournament at Selma Elementary! Start time is 9am so come early and cheer them on. #lpselma#RaiderRobotics
The robotics team spent yesterday tearing down the field in preparation for this weekend’s competition at Selma Elementary. If you don’t have plans for Saturday, stop in and see us! #lpselma
