@niketrajdwivedi Most Indian cities suffer from outdated planing without such plot sizes. Also, securing one’s plot with boundary walls matter more to us as an intrinsic part of our property safeguarding than having an open patio.
@Swiggy you really expect me to accept a bolt order, supposed to be delivered in 15 minutes after a delay of 30 minutes? And your executives threaten me with cancellation fees while your delivery partner is out doing his personal chores instead of doing his duty?
@AjioCares more than a month after my return was delivered to ur warehouse, I haven’t received my refund. Multiple complaints closed within 2-3 days saying refund will be credited after qc. Worst ever customer service. Calls. Chats. Multiple attempts. Nothing. Ticket closed.

@AjioCares Return ID RT206685686. Return picked on 2nd march. QC was supposed to be done by 8th march post which refund was supposed to be initiated. Nothing except pickup of return. Multiple tickets closed without any update whatsoever except same reply.

Sad state of affairs. Take the money. Don’t deliver the sim. Not even the least try to help, resolve or commit. No action against delivery agent who calls at 1:01 am. No wonder you are a failed company surviving on government handouts. @AdityaBirlaGrp

@ViCustomerCare Shocking. No solution.Just asking the same thing that I’ve already told u. Backtracks on sim card commitment saying it’s 72 hours when your website clearly says 12-24 hours. No commitment on delivery. No action against rogue delivery guy. Refuses refund. Absolutely unprofessional
@ViCustomerCare ordered a new Vodafone sim against my own better judgement. The guy first calls and tells me he is coming in 45 minutes. That too 4 hours after placing the order. Then abruptly message server glitch and switches off phone. Then calls me at 1:01 am!!
