When an airline does not get your bag on flight, the customer should instantly become VIP where airline goes above and beyond verses sitting on their hands. @AerLingus
@aerlingus please tell me the magic words to free my delayed luggage out of 28hr hold at the Dublin airport? 2 of 3 bags from EDI did not make it to DUB. Finally we saw from air tags they arrived 28hrs ago, yet no movement. No sense of urgency to right a wrong!

We did fill out report and spoke with agent at airport. We did call and speak with rep at 24 hours and at 48 hours. We did send Apple AirTags information for location of the bags in your possession. Oops bags still have not moved…
@EI_Chathub You have all of our information. We filled out missing bags report, spoke with rep by phone past two days, and provided you with AirTags location.
AerLingus has zero sense of urgency when they fail to put one’s luggage on a flight. Unacceptable lack of service and respect for your customers. Shame on you @AerLingus
@AerLingus you failed to deliver our two bags on basic flight from Edinburgh to Dublin. Your service rep knew that 18 bags did not make flight. You have multiple flights daily for this route. 48 hours later our bags are still sitting at Edinburgh airport per our AirTags.
@AerLingus your service center knew 18 bags did not make our flight yet those bags just sit for days at airport. No sense of urgency from this business.
